Mace..wonderful presentation. Many people forget that medical practices are businesses and the practice impact is always important to them. Good patient outcome and ease of use or implementation are always constants, but practice impact, as discussed in your podcast, is the variable.

Cold calling has always been one of my worst nightmares. Trying to build a relationship in a few seconds and over the phone and then getting the selling done as well can be very difficult. Thanks for the information making it a little less daunting.
